“ Great place to eat and enjoy yourself. It's nice that you can walk up to a window on the sidewalk and place your order. Then just pick it up at the window just a few feet away. We dined in this time. The dining area is a great hall. Pictures attached. All of the old memorabilia scattered around gives it a feel that it's been there for a very long time. They have a working photo booth, just like the old carnivals. It is original and that adds to the feeling as well. Loved our experience there! Highly recommend. ”

“ Ordered pick up on Door Dash. Was super slick - they have a pickup window, with lots of 15 min parking on the side of the building. Staff at the window is friendly. Pulled pork sandwiches were super good!! Grilled bun, which always helps. Pork tasted fresh, seasoned and smokey (vs a frozen/refrigerated taste some places have). Sauce was great - had flavor, was sweet, and a HINT of spice but wasn't spicy (served on the side). Coleslaw topper was crisp, and not so saucy that the sandwich fell apart (also served on the side). Cornbread square was moist and delicious, too! The Cinnamon honey butter was so good I could eat it on everything. Most definitely will be back! ”

“ Best barbecue in Arizona. Fresh food with a homemade flair. Fast friendly service and portions that can be shared amongst the table. We make the trip over to Joe’s Real BBQ once a month now that the weather is cooler, and tend to venture out more during the summer months so the kids can play out on the patio. We enjoy everything from the meat platter, baked potato and chicken salad. Root beer float is huge, corn bread is always hot and fresh, the brisket cannot be beat. Sides are just as good- cheese potatoes, beets and coleslaw are some of our must haves. Staff members are efficient, kind and knowledgeable about menu items. Plenty of options for kids and adults alike. Gluten free and even vegan options are available. Great place to have a good meal that feels satisfying and delicious. Nice atmosphere inside and out. ”

The line servers were so hospitable and friendly, exactly what you'd expect if the Walton's went for a meal on the town We ordered a 2 meat platter, with sliced brisket and ribs. Both were succulent, but that moist brisket is some of the best we've ever had. Great Americana ambiance with homemade BBQ sauce, and... Homemade Root Beer on fountain! The best root beer you'll find is right here, and they can serve it as a float. The Mac and cheese is tasty with a breadcrumb topping, and the potato salad was ok. If you have any room left in your breadbasket, then finish off your meal with a peach cobbler, a la mode. I was happier than a squealing pig running through a pen full of farmer's daughters. ”
